A polystyrene foam core with smooth paper faces — lightweight, rigid, and the most cost-effective option for indoor printed displays. Ideal for exhibitions, retail POS, photo mounting, office signage, and event displays. Available in 5mm thickness in any size from A4 to large format. Indoor use only — not suitable for damp or outdoor environments.
Foam Board Printing →Foamex Board (Expanded PVC)
Solid expanded PVC board with no paper facing — fully waterproof, warp-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and semi-outdoor use. The print trade standard for estate agent window cards, retail signage, and exhibition panels where durability matters. Available in 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm thickness. Indoor and semi-outdoor use.
Foamex Printing →Correx Board (Corrugated Plastic)
Corrugated polypropylene board — lightweight, flexible, and fully weatherproof for outdoor use. The standard material for estate agent for-sale boards, event directional signs, roadside advertising, and temporary construction site signage. Inexpensive enough for high-volume runs and bulk replacement. Available in 4mm, single or double-sided. Outdoor use.

A premium rigid board with aluminium faces and a solid composite core — the most durable print substrate we offer. Dibond is completely weatherproof, warp-free, and built for long-term outdoor signage including fascia panels, building signs, hoarding boards, permanent estate agent boards, and high-end retail display. Available in 3mm. Indoor and permanent outdoor use.
Acrylic & Perspex (Premium Interior Signs)
Printed acrylic and perspex boards — the premium choice for interior signage, reception signs, salon and beauty displays, retail feature walls, and high-end brand environments where a contemporary, polished finish is required. Clear, tinted, or white acrylic with printed graphics produces a result no other board material can match. Available in various thicknesses. Indoor use. Which Board Material is Right for You?
Short-Term Indoor Display
If your boards will be used indoors — exhibitions, retail POS, office displays, event signage — foam board printing is the most cost-effective choice. Lightweight, professional-looking, and available at the lowest price per board of any rigid print material. Replace between campaigns without significant cost.
Durable Indoor & Semi-Outdoor Signage
For window display cards, retail signage in damp conditions, estate agent interior boards, and displays that need to last longer than one season — foamex board printing is the upgrade. Waterproof, rigid, and available in three thicknesses from 3mm to 10mm for a premium solid-board feel.
Outdoor & Temporary Signage
For estate agent for-sale boards, event directional signs, roadside advertising, and construction site hoardings — correx boards are the outdoor standard. Fully weatherproof, lightweight enough to stake into the ground or tie to fencing, and cost-effective enough to order in bulk or replace regularly.
Permanent Outdoor & Premium Signs

Our Print on Board Process
Design
If you have artwork, we review it for print readiness and make any adjustments needed. If you need artwork creating, our in-house design team builds your board design from scratch — branded, optimised for the board size and viewing distance, and sent to you for approval before anything goes to print.
We print your artwork onto high-quality self-adhesive vinyl using UV inks that produce sharp, vivid results with excellent colour accuracy. The printed vinyl is colour-profiled to the specific board substrate to ensure what you see on screen matches what arrives in print.
Mount & Dispatch
The printed vinyl is precision-applied to your chosen board material — trimmed to size, edges finished cleanly, and quality-checked before packing. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of design sign-off, with express options available for urgent deadlines.
